Yamada's lysin - halo assay
Products of cosmid expression clones were applied to filter paper discs which in turn were placed on Chlorella lawns and incubated 2 days in the light. The leftmost sample is vAL-1 and the second from the left is vAL-2.
vAL-1 apparently corresponds to PBCV A215L.
