Virus isolates from Holmes Lake
SDS gel electophoresis. Samples were heated (w/excess SDS) for 5'@70C. PB is purified PBCV1 (treated with proteinase K and passed through a sucrose gradient). T is the "top component" collected from above the main sucrose band.
