Nepovirus minipurifications
Three different nepoviruses, 1- Hollyhock (doesn't infect tobacco), 2 - Soy (atypical on tobacco), 3- Mint (typical on tobacco), nepovirus bands are above RbcL and resistant to acid and proteolysis
In each series the left sample is standard minipurification, the middle is standard plus chymotrypsin, the right is pH 4.5
Conclusions - all viruses acid and protease stable! - All distinguishable by capsid protein mobility!
