Protein gel of lysin fractions
300microliter aliquots were precipitated with 1.2ml acetone (45' at -70C) with 5 microliters of 1% Ficoll added as a carrier. Pellets were dissolved in 30 microliters of cracking buffer and dansylated. 12 microliter aliquotes were applied to gel.
