Lysin - diffusion assay
0.3% agarose containing Chlorella NC64a cells (~107/ml), 0.1% Triton X-100 in KMOPS buffer with 4mM calcium. Plates were incubated overnight at RT with 10 to 15 ul of purified WAL lysin in the wells and photographed on a blue light box (which captured light scattering better than the white light box).
