Pall Acrosep columns
Column volume is 1 ml. Buffer is introduced into the syringe and pushed (slowly) through the column with the plunger. When a salt step is finished the syringe is removed, the plunger withdrawn and an aliquot of a higher salt concentration is added. It takes only a few minutes to complete a salt step.
Note: the red top is the "Q"" column. The "S" column has a blue top.
