Effect of PBCV virion antibodies on lysins
The antibody is to PBCV virion and is purified by precipitation with 50% saturated ammonium sulfate. The precipitate was taken up in the original volume. In all cases antibody was mixed with the solution prior to addition of cells.
Virion lysin assays are in 1mM Tris, 0.9% Triton X-100, 1mM CaCl2 at RT. Each assay contains about 100ng of virus
