Lysin assays
Buffer was K-MOPS, 0.25M LiCl.
Twenty 6 drop fractions were collected (lysin prep 3)
Void volume is in fraction 2 (*). The two major bands in starting material coelectrophorese with major capsid protein (56K) and ovalbumin (43K).
