Glucosidase and galactosidase activities
As in previous panels - with 4MeU-beta-D-galactoside and 4MeU-alpha-D-glucoside. Incubation was overnight at RT - 150microliters containing 3microliters of SAG WAL lysin. Assays are in MOPS buffer w/o added calcium.
Note that these assays contain appreciably more lysin than comparable 4MeU-beta-D-NAcglucosaminide assays and that the assays are run for much longer.
