Left panel - rose leaves. All samples have 1x w/w PVP 10K. In each of the two sample pairs the right sample contained mercaptoethanol (ME) - note the proteolytic fragment of rubisco L!
Right panel - Coffee and banana leaves minipurified with various PVP levels (expressed as w/w) - note how little it takes to give a clean prep.
