Minipurification vs. total proteins
Samples minipurified with 0.4M citrate, each has virus from about 3mg of tissue
Total proteins obtained by phenol extraction - each lane represents about 50µg tissue
Capsid proteins cannot be seen among total proteins, however WSMV CI protein (~64K) is visible!
Note rubisco L and rubisco S in all samples
