Virus solutions - 1mg/ml, PBCV, NY2a, CVM
Gel apparatus
Running buffer (800ml) dilute from 20x
4-20% gel (in cold rm)
Standards (prestained)
Cracking buffer
25 microliters virus plus 25 microliters cracking buffer - heat 2min at 100C
Run until stain front at the bottom
Remove gel and store in destaining solution
Next time - stain gel
