Hemicellulase (Aspergillus niger)

Lyticase (Arthrobacter luteus)

Chitinase (Serratia marcescens)

were dissolved to about 10mg/ml. 1ul of each was added to NC64a Chlorella cells

The mixture was incubated 35min at 37C

Lysis was undetectable
